Orders are fulfilled within 2 business day. US shipping may take anywhere from from 5--15 business days after fulfillment.

Although most orders arrive more quickly, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive in case of unforeseen shipping delays. Delivery date estimates are not guaranteed. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, your order will be delayed.

TAXES AND DUTIES (IF APPLICABLE)

US Orders:

For orders shipping within the US, sales tax will be charged at checkout on orders shipping to the following states: New York.

Typically, applicable customs or import duties are charged when the package arrives at its destination country. Fees on a shipment have to be paid by the receiver (also applicable to retail and wholesale customers). These fees are paid to your local carrier or government. These fees are not implemented or collected by daddybel, and thus cannot be refunded. daddybel does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate or confirm what the fees would be, since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend contacting the local customs office for information on fees before placing your order, to avoid unforeseen charges.

International Orders (Standard Shipping):

For orders shipping to a country on our DDP list, taxes and duties are able to be prepaid at checkout or are already included in the product price. The total is shown at checkout.

For orders shipping to a country on our DDU list, the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and payable by the customer.

For all countries: We ship packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) and can be subject to import duty. We are unaware of these charges and if contacted via our shipper, our customer will be responsible for these charges prior to receiving their order. Please contact your local customs office for further details of these charges.

WRONG/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS DISCLAIMER (IF APPLICABLE)

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly and completely. If the wrong/incomplete shipping address is provided, please contact us at support@daddybel.com immediately! We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time gap to correct/change the address of your order and cannot guarantee the change. If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect/incomplete address the courier may not accept an address change. If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees may be applied. Kindly note that when the package is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please make sure you write the correct/complete address when you place an order. daddybel is not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. 

LOST PARCEL DISCLAIMER (IF APPLICABLE)

Most packages shipped with our standard shipping are delivered by your local postal worker. In most cases, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you have not located your order, please check with the local carrier. If you need further assistance, please send email to

support@daddybel.com and include the proof of lost parcel. 

ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION:

If you decide to cancel or modify your order please write to us at support@daddybel.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it. Please note, if a daddybel account is created after placing an order, the order will not appear in your dashboard. We are also unable to link the order to a new account. Only orders placed with a daddybel account will appear in your account. If you place an order as a guest, you will still receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

Refund policy

Return/Exchange Policy (U.S. Orders)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your order date. Please note that the purchaser will bear the cost of return shipping. 

All returned and exchanged items must be in brand-new “sellable” condition. This means it should be completely unused and devoid of any stains, scuffs or scratches on the hardware, with the hardware still wrapped in plastic and messenger strap included. When packing the return, the bag must not be crushed or folded into a smaller bag or box, which will ruin the bag, resulting in a rejected return.

Should you use daddybel’s provided shipping label, the return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your total refund amount (calculated based on weight and location). You may also choose to purchase your own shipping label, in which case you will not be charged a return shipping fee. We advise using a trackable method, as daddybel is not responsible for items lost in transit.

 Once a shipment arrives at our facility, please allow up to 15 business days for processing after your return arrives at our facility. Refunds, minus restocking fee (if applicable), will be returned to the original payment method. It can take up to 10 business days from when your refund is processed for your account to reflect a returned payment.

 

Returning or Exchanging a Defective Item

If you believe an item you have received is defective or damaged, before initiating a return, please send a photo of the item and a brief explanation of the defect or damage to support@daddybel.comWe will reply to you with any further questions and instructions for next steps.

Do not return a damaged or defective item without first emailing  support@daddybel.com or it will be subject to our standard return requirements and fees.

Please note: Since every product will be inspected by our Quality Control team, we believe there won't be any quality problems in principle. It is not eligible for replacement or refund, if the damage is caused by inappropriate operation during shipment, such as pulling, dragging, ripping, falling down.

 

Making a Return or Exchange

We use an automated system for returns and exchanges and are unable to override the 30-day policy. If you cannot generate a return label for your order, that means it is past 30 days, and you will not be able to return or exchange your order.
